Kitchen Units
We have a huge range of kitchen units available to buy from Do It Yourself Kitchens.
Kitchen units are available as a huge range of different sizes, styles and finishes. They are typically broken down into three different types of kitchen unit. The three types of units are base units, wall units and tall units, or larder units. All our units are made of 18mm MFC with a cam and dowel contruction.
Base Units
Base units are 720mm high units that are placed on the floor, with the worktop fitted on top of the units. Base units have legs, normally set at 150mm high, but are adjustable to ensure the base cabinets are fitted squarely on the floor.
Wall Units
Wall units are available in two different heights. Either 720mm high or 900mm high. The units are 300mm deep. The units are fitted to the wall with adjustable brackets. This enables you to secure the unit to the wall, but also to adjust the wall unit so that it is level.
Larder Units
Larder units and appliance housing tend to be put under the same grouping. They are typically available in two sizes. The standard units are normally paired with the medium (720mm high) wall units, and the tall larder units are paired with the 900mm high wall units.
Fixtures and Fittings
All our units come with all the required fixtures and fittings, including doors, soft-close hinges, handles, doors and cabinets.
