What is a Shaker Kitchen?

A shaker kitchens, sometimes called a shaker style kitchen, is a relatively simple, clean-lined kitchen style. It is normally made up of a framed door, or a single door that looks like a framed door. They would have traditionally been made with five pieces of timber, although with modern manufacturing processes they can be either one or five piece doors now.

Again, they would traditionally made by the Shaker community out of simple timber in a simple finish, although they now come in a variety of colours due to the flexibility of the style. 

The shaker style is one of the most versatile styles of kitchen doors on the marketplace, making it one of the timeless classics. It can but put in a modern or traditional kitchen environment and look equally at home in both.
