We're sure you have plenty of questions about buying your kitchen from DIY Kitchens Complete. We have tried to answer as many questions as possible within the site, but we've added a few additional questions (and answers) in the page below. We hope it helps, but if you still have anything you are unsure about please call us on 02920 003 884 where one of our customer service team will be on hand to answer your queries.
How long will it take to be delivered, once I've placed my order?
Orders are normally delivered within two to three weeks, three to four for painted kitchens. We will notify you in advance of the order leaving us to let you know when you can expect to take delivery.
How will my order be delivered?
We work closely with our manufacturer, English Rose Kitchens. They have a dedicated two man team on-hand to deliver your new kitchen to your door. We will let you know a delivery date, but please be aware it will be an all day delivery.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is £75 for orders under £850. Delivery is free for all orders over £850.
What happens if the item arrives damaged?
In the event that the package arrives damaged, please sign for as damaged with the driver and at let us know.
If, once unpacked, there are any damaged items please inform us immediately and we will endeavour to resolve the situation as soon as possible. If you can, please send a picture of the damage. It helps us resolve the problem quicker.
Do you do samples and brochures?
We do have a brochure, please feel free to order one here. Unfortunately we don't have a price list, but you can find all our latest prices online. We also have the option to buy sample doors for £10 including delivery. If you do then place an order over £850 we will refund for the cost of the sample doors (up to £30).
